David Marchant held a late night drawing workshop with the revelers of Wind Street to produce public art ‘by the people, for the people’. After inviting them to produce a self-portrait, the resulting chalk drawings have been made into neon and hung along Wind Street as a celebration of a typical Saturday night in Swansea, summarized by the local catchphrase, Cowin’ Lush.
